Distributed Bragg reflector design for GaN based high brightness LEDs

Abstract

A model for distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) is developed. A detailed refractive index calculations for GaN, AlN, AlGaN and InGaN in embedded in this model. It can model and predict DBR performances.
