Pulse Effects on Two-Photon Absorption

Abstract

Two-photon absorption of a dissolved chromophore is studied by means of multi-photon absorption dynamics simulations. The simulated data confirm experimentally observed strong enhancement of two-photon absorption cross section under long-pulse excitation.
