Nonlinear ellipsometric analysis of the electro-optic effect in poled organic glasses

Abstract

We report standard Teng-Man reflection type measurements as well as a rigorous analysis of nonlinear reflection ellipsometric data for thin films of poled organic glasses having very high electro-optic coefficients in the range of 250-300pm/V.
