Focusing Hard X-rays to Sub-50 nm Size by Elliptically Figured Mirror

Abstract

We have fabricated a hard-X-ray-focusing mirror using new fabrication technology. The mirror was evaluated at SPring-8. A focal size of 40 nm was achieved at the X-ray energy of 15 keV.
