Abstract

Resonant and anti-resonant Fabry-Perot saturable absorbers (FPSA) are MBE grown using Ga0.47In0.53As/InP 7nm and 9nm thick layers to operate in 1550nm. Theoretical simulation and experimental investigation of optical bistability in these FPSA will be presented.
