Highly Sensitive Wavelength Locker Based on Michelson Interferometer with an Etalon

Abstract

We propose a new wavelength locker which is composed of Michelson interferometer with an etalon. Due to the unique phase response of the etalon, the wavelength locker can have high sensitivity and wide capture range.
