Abstract
We perform depth-resolved imaging of rat osteogenic sarcoma tumor spheroids using a holographic coherence filter on an infrared camera. Subcellular motility, observed as dynamic speckle, is used as a metric for functional imaging to map out the morphology of the tumor and differentiate healthy tissue from the necrotic core.
