Abstract

Quadratic electro-optic shift of central wavelength in boron-phosphorous-doped folded Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG) multiplexer has been demonstrated. A spectral shift of ~1-GHz/kV was obtained with virtually zero power consumption.
