Study of annealing effects of transparent contact for organic devices

Abstract

Study of annealing effect on thin metal films as transparent contacts for organic devices is obtained. It has been found that metal films, especially (Au) shows good transparency and surface resistance when they were made thin. We have studied the optical transmittance and resistance of Au film on conducting polymers.
