Abstract

We developed a robust Urdu character pattern classification system using next-generation optical networks. Optical fiber has dominated information transmission over long distance due to its large bandwidth and low loss. It is of high importance to represent Urdu character uniquely by Fourier Descriptors even if they are deformed by transformations.
