Mid-infrared Dual-comb Spectroscopy in An Electrical Discharge

Abstract

We present time-resolved mid-infrared dual-comb spectroscopy of methane in an electrical discharge. The system is capable of detecting the discharge products (ms scale) and also monitoring the relaxation process of methane exited states (μs scale).
