Highly Sensitive THz-Imaging with CW Sources and Heterodyne Detection

Abstract

We proposed a highly sensitive transillumination imaging method with THz CW sources based on the heterodyne detection. The method was applied to tomosynthesis imaging of a 5-mm-thick wooden board to reproduce the depth information.
