Simultaneous imaging of dual-focal planes for microscopy using geometric phase hologram lens

Abstract

We propose a method to acquire two depth images for microscopy. Without mechanical movement, the focal shift of the object plane can be realized by inserting a geometric phase hologram lens in the additional 4-f system.
