Microscopic 3D imaging through scattering media based on in-line phase-shift digital holography

Abstract

We demonstrate microscopic three-dimensional imaging of an object hidden behind a diffuser by using in-line phase-shift digital holography. A spatial resolution of 2.9 μm was achieved, and highly accurate quantitative phase imaging and three-dimensional imaging were realized.
