Abstract

Holographic tomography (HT) is a noninvasive, quantitative imaging technique, which enables reconstruction of three-dimensional distribution of refractive index. In this paper we describe the basic concept of HT as well as discuss various methods of its realization. The emphasis is put on the tomographic reconstruction algorithms, practical implementation and applications of tomographic systems.
