Digital Lensless Holographic Microscopy with Engineered Optical Fiber Point Source

Abstract

An alternative point source for digital lensless holographic microscopy is engineered from a step-index optical fiber. Numerical aperture of 0.88 is achieved with a mechanically solid setup utilized to image bio samples.
