Coherent x-ray imaging at the nanoscale: propagating from cells to tissues

Abstract

Coherent x-ray imaging techniques are delivering sub-20 nanometer resolution images of cells and manufactured materials. We discuss advances towards 3D imaging of tissues and thicker materials using numerical optimization to account for beam propagation effects.
