3D Heterodyne Sensing using Photon-Counting Arrays

Abstract

Simulated photon-counting arrays are used to estimate object spatial frequency content through spatial heterodyne measurements. We extend spatial sampling to three dimensions using extremely low photo-count rates enabled by Geiger-mode avalanche photodiode arrays.
