Abstract

We demonstrated radial heterojunction nanowire photodiodes consisting of an In2O3-shell/Si-core structure using conformal coating of an In2O3 layer on n-Si nanowires. We achieve selective spectral response from 400 to 700 nm by tuning the nanowire diameter.
