Bidirectional fiber transmission of mmW signals using remote downconversion and wavelength reuse

Abstract

We demonstrate an RoF system with a simplified RRU, by employing a remote uplink downconversion and downlink wavelength reuse. An error-free transmission of 64-QAM UF-OFDM signals over 12 km of fiber is also shown.
