Inclinometer Based on Optical Microfiber Probes

Abstract

An inclinometer based on optical microfiber probes is proposed and experimentally demonstrated, which is capable of measuring the tilt angle and direction simultaneously with a resolution lower than 0.0004˚ within ± 5˚.
