An absorbance spectrum estimation-based accurate colorization method for holographic imaging of pathology slides

Abstract

We present an accurate-color holographic imaging method for pathology slide samples based on absorbance spectrum estimation of histochemical stains, which improves the color accuracy and reduces the required number of illumination wavelengths.
