Accelerating Emission dynamics in Perovskites Plasmonic Nanolasers

Abstract

Slow exciton recombination in recent emerging perovskite semiconductors brings a fundamental limitation for nanophotonic devices. Here we demonstrate a perovskite nanolaser under hybrid plasmonic confinement with dramatically accelerated emission dynamics via a scalable solution process.
