Self-Aligned Nano-Transfer of Metasurface Polarimeter to an Optical Fiber Tip using UV-Curable Hybrid Polymer

Abstract

We present a novel method of patterning an optical fiber facet using self-aligned nano-transfer of a gold pattern to a UV-curable hybrid polymer. We experimentally demonstrate a metasurface polarimeter on a 1550 nm single-mode fiber.
