Quantitative Analysis of Keratinocytes in Human Skin Using Full-Field Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

The three-dimensional spatial distribution and morphometry of the keratinocytes of in vivo human skin are analyzed quantitatively using the full-field optical coherence tomography. The depth dependent volume and ellipticity of the keratinocyte nuclei are extracted.
