1-MHz, energetic ultrafast source tunable between 940-1250 nm for multi-photon microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate a 1-MHz ultrafast fiber-optic source that produces ~100-fs pulses tunable from 940 nm to 1250 nm with up to 33-nJ pulse energy. Such a source is ideal for driving multi-photon microscopy.
