Enhanced Photoluminescence Intensity and Negative Photoconductivity in Lysine-Doped Graphene Oxide Quantum Dots

Abstract

We present a facile synthesis of lysine-doped graphene oxide quantum dots (GOQDs). The proposed doping approach can provide a vehicle to tune the photoluminescence intensity and negative photoconductivity in GOQDs for promising applications in optoelectronics.
