Polariton Meta-Optics with Phase-Change Materials

Abstract

We created polaritonic metalenses in heterostructures formed by hBN and GeSbTe and characterized them with SNOM. The metalenses are created switching the phase of GeSbTe below hBN from amorphous to crystalline, focusing hBN phonon polaritons.
