Streaking of Argon L-shell Auger emissions with > 250 eV attosecond X-ray pulses

Abstract

We investigate the Argon Auger decay using isolated attosecond X-ray pulses reach the Carbon K-edge. A home-built electron spectrometer resolves and measures lifetimes of L-shell vacancies of Argon in pump-probe experiment.
