Dual Comb Generation in a Symmetrically Driven Crystalline Microresonator

Abstract

We develop a dual-comb system based on a single crystalline microresonator by monochromatically pumping counter-propagating solitons in the same spatial mode with equal powers and unveil the role of soliton Cherenkov radiations interference in the process.
