Kerr-comb generation in a dispersion engineered coupled thin silicon nitride microresonators

Abstract

We numerically demonstrate the first wideband Kerr-comb generation at telecommunication wavelength (1550 nm) using thin silicon nitride platform based on coupled-resonators structure for dispersion engineering.
