Generation of vector vortex beam from doubly-resonant nanosecond optical parametric oscillator

Abstract

We demonstrate a novel experimental scheme to generate tunable vector vortex beam directly from an optical parametric oscillator (OPO). Using a nanosecond doubly-resonant OPO, we produce vector vortex beam tunable across 964-990 nm.
