All-Optical Frequency Multiplexed Single-Photon Source

Abstract

We demonstrate a scalable, low-loss fiber-based frequency multiplexed single-photon source based on efficient parametric frequency conversion. We achieve a record count rate of 4.6 × 104 multiplexed photons with a low (2)(0) of 0.07.
