Homogeneous Linewidth of Encapsulated MoSe2 Monolayer Revealed using Multidimensional Coherent Spectroscopy

Abstract

We use a collinear multidimensional coherent spectroscopic technique to measure van der Waals structures with a nearly diffraction-limited spot size. Encapsulation by boron nitride narrows both the homogeneous and inhomogeneous linewidths of MoSe2.
