Transparent diffraction gratings using silicon nanowire arrays embedded in flexible polymer

Abstract

Two dimensional diffraction gratings was demonstrated by using vertical silicon nanowire arrays in transparent and flexible polymer. The high order diffraction was observed by controlling their shapes of the silicon nanowire arrays.
