Kerr Comb Generation in Raman Effect Dominated Microresonators

Abstract

We propose a method to suppress Raman effect in microresonators by incorporating a filter structure. Numerical simulations based on Lugiato-Lefever equation confirm the effectiveness of the design for soliton frequency comb generation at microwave rates.
