Baseline-free Quantitative Absorption Spectroscopy Based on Molecular Free Induction Decay

Abstract

We demonstrate baseline-free, quantitative absorption spectroscopy based on modifications to the free induction decay signal of molecules in the time domain. We apply the technique to a broad-absorbing mixture to retrieve concentrations with unprecedented accuracy.
