High-speed, high-sensitivity spectroscopic stimulated Raman scattering microscopy by ultrafast delay-line tuning and deep learning

Abstract

We present a stimulated Raman scattering imaging system which acquires a Raman spectrum within 20 µs. A U-Net deep learning network is applied to maintain the sensitivity at high speeds, enabling high-throughput label-free spectroscopic imaging of cells and tissues.
