Nanoplasmonic Interferometric Sensor for Multiplex Detection of MMP-9 and TIMP-1

Abstract

The secretion of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was detected simultaneously using a nanoplasmonic interferometric sensor. Dynamic and multiplexed sensing of two secretory proteins suggests the biosensor holds good promise for cell function analysis.
