Abstract

The research is devoted to developing prospective scaling methods for high-energy laser systems based on the oscillator-amplifier configuration and creating the laser sources with wavelength and pulse duration control using stimulated back-scattering compression. Comparison of different stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) oscillator-amplifier compression schemes is done. The main relationships determining their possibilities are presented.1-3
