Abstract
High-repetition-rate CO2 lasers open prospects for their use in manufacturing applications, such as cutting, welding, and drilling. As a result, it is necessary to identify laser beam parameters that are optimal for various technological processes. It is impossible to solve this problem without detailed exploration of physical phenomena accompanying the interaction of laser radiation with matter.
