Abstract

In this paper, we report the experimental results of transmission type Photon Scanning Tunneling Microscope (T-PSTM), arid propose for the first time a novel reflection-resonance type PSTM (RR-PSTM), with higher sensitivity and higher resolution. The diode lasers which can be directly high-speed modulated make the system compact with high performance.
