Abstract

Ail-optical demultiplexing has been demonstrated with a full duty-cycle 25 Gb/s signal using polarization-preserving components in a fiber Sagnac interferometer. Complete switching of arbitrary pulses in the data stream has been achieved for timing errors as large as 380 ps.
