Abstract

Achieving a fast axial flow (FAF) CO2 laser to a sealed-off (or closed) operation may extend its potential use without gas expense and decreased portability.1 As far as the physical configuration such as gas composition, pressure, and size of hardwares is fixed, it is necessary to find the possibility of output power enhancement in a sealed operation.
