Abstract

Crosstalk and TE/TM-mode splitting characteristics of an Ti:LiNbO3 X-switch have been studied. This simulation was performed with Z-cut LiNbO3 substrate Ti-indiffused at a temperature of 1050°C for 6 h.1 Throughput light power P= and crossover leakage light power Px of a X-switch were calculated by the beam propagation method.2
