Abstract
Second harmonic generation in the form of Cerenkov radiation has attracted considerable attention, since the experimental demonstration using proton exchanged LiNbO3 waveguides.1 In this form of radiation we can utilize the nonlinear coefficient d33, which is larger than any other elements in LiNbO3.
