Miniature 3D Fluorescence Microscope Using Random Microlenses

Abstract

We propose a single-shot 3D Miniscope, implemented by replacing the tube lens with random microlenses in the pupil. Compared to miniature light-field microscopes, we improve resolution and depth range in a more compact, lightweight package.
