Tissue Oxygenation Maps of Diabetic Foot Ulcers: Longitudinal Studies

Abstract

Near Infrared (NIR) imaging was performed on diabetic foot ulcers to obtain 2D tissue oxygenation maps during longitudinal studies of wound healing. The difference in wound to periwound’s oxygenation became insignificant as the wound healed.
