Optical Imaging of Functional Connectivity Across Development in the Mouse Cortex

Abstract

Imaging functional networks during healthy development is essential to studies of disease in mouse models. Here we report the feasibility of imaging calcium dynamics across five developmental timepoints in a GCaMP6 transgenic mouse during wakefulness.
