Immunosensing using Narrowband Cladding Mode Resonances

Abstract

A near-infrared plasmonic optical fiber immunosensor is demonstrated for detection of cytokeratins, which are proteins of interest for the lung cancer diagnosis. Results obtained in fresh biopsied lung tissues are presented.
